How much will it cost?
Customized pricing.
We bid each web site individually as the price will depend on size and complexity. In general, small web sites run about $1200 to $2500. A web site with many e-commerce options or complex features will cost more. We will give you a written bid that breaks down the costs and is clear about what is and is not included.
Our rates are affordable because we’re a small business with a great network of contacts and resources in the web development community.
I represent a non-profit organization. Do you do pro bono work?
We offer discounts to non-profits whose causes we support. Contact us for a quote.
How long will it take?
It usually takes between three weeks and several months, depending on the complexity of your project.
How can I get started quickly?
You can get started right now. Just begin filling out the free questionnaire that we designed to help you define and clarify your goals and needs for your web site.
Once you send us this information, we can create a development plan and bid that’s customized to your unique needs. After you accept our bid, we will send you a contract that includes a completion date.

Complete ‘from scratch’ development for a web site has 4 basic steps, which we’ve described below. However, the particular development plan we propose for you may not include all of these steps, because it will be customized to your needs. Also, the process isn’t just “ours” — it’s highly collaborative: your input is essential at different points in the process. That’s one way we make sure the web site will fit your unique needs.

How do I find a web hosting service?
We offer an excellent hosting plan for our design clients. Please allow us to give you a bid. You can comparison shop by doing a search on Google or Yahoo, or by word-of-mouth referrals.
How do we attract a lot of traffic to my web site?
The bad news is: it doesn’t happen automatically. You need to have a promotion/marketing plan for your site, and then work your plan. The good news is: you can do it! We have a simple plan of action outlined here. You can do this by yourself, or we can help.
How can we get a high page ranking in search engine results?
There’s no quick and easy answer to this one either. You need to begin by having search-engine friendly content that is rich with keywords that the search engines will recognize. A few years ago, there was no fee to submit your site to the major search engines, but that has changed. If you are a business, many search engines today require a fee to be considered for a listing. Many require a fee for quickly reviewing your application. We’ve sorted through all the do’s and don’ts, and can help you create a search engine submittal plan that will fit your budget.
Will you update my site for me on a regular basis?
Sure. In fact, we strongly encourage you to keep your web site “fresh” by regularly updating it. You provide us with the new content, and we’ll work it into your site. We can bill you by the hour for this service, or you can sign up for our maintenance plan. Contact us for more information.
